Line drawing of community

Join Our Team!

Everyone is welcome and should feel comfortable engaging in our research. We believe that the science is inherently better and that we serve our community more fully when our research group has diverse backgrounds and perspectives. If you join the Number Lab, we encourage you to bring your full self to your work in the lab.

Prospective Undergraduate Research Assistants: We are currently booked with undergraduate research help for Spring 2025. If you are interested in joining the lab in future semesters, please fill out this form. We ask that any undergraduates commit to our lab for two semesters. Undergraduates earning research credit hours for working in the lab will work three hours per credit hour each week in the lab (i.e., 3 credit hours translates to 9 work hours per week).

Prospective Graduate Students: Our lab can take on graduate students through two Master’s programs—Child Studies (M.Ed.) and Cognitive Psychology in Context (M.S.)—and two Ph.D. programs—Educational Neuroscience (Ph.D.) and Psychological Sciences (Ph.D). Dr. Wilkey is accepting applications for Fall 2025. For specifics and more information, please see here.
